Cancellation and Refunds

At ReverseLookup, we're committed to a transparent subscription experience. This page summarizes your cancellation and refund options. For complete terms, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, the Cancellation Hub, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed individually. We consider requests in the following circumstances:

  • Trial charges — if you were charged unexpectedly in connection with a trial, contact us and we'll review the situation.
  • Service disruption — significant, unplanned service unavailability may be grounds for a refund at our discretion, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control.
  • Billing discrepancies — duplicate charges or incorrect amounts are investigated and corrected upon verified request.
  • Technical issues — if a technical problem prevented you from using the service, submit a request with your device details, OS version, steps to reproduce, and any supporting screenshots or recordings for individual review.

VIN Lookup Reports

VIN reports are fulfilled upon generation via ClearVin's API and are non-refundable once issued, regardless of content or completeness.

How to Request

Submit requests through our Help Center or to [email protected] with your account email and relevant transaction details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For full refund terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
